At North Carolina Turf Care, we will perform the installation services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. We offer a 1 year craftsmanship warranty with all hardscape installation services performed at your property.
Techo-bloc offers a transferable life-time warranty on its products for residential use, commencing on the date of delivery. In the event of product failure within the scope of this warranty, Techo-Bloc will replace the affected units only, following a site inspection and assessment of the products by Techo-Bloc or its representatives. Techo-Bloc’s responsibility is limited to the cost of the product only and not to the costs related to the installation or replacement of said products. Belgard guarantees its Products against these standards for the lifetime of the Product defined by ICPI. Improper installation voids this warranty. For warranty service, contact Belgard at 1-877-BELGARD. A service representative will investigate your claim within 10 business days. If the Belgard product fails to meet the specifications, Belgard will replace the defective product at no charge. Color matching cannot be guaranteed. Belgard will not be responsible for any replacement labor, consequential damages or incidental damages. All Details+
