You’ve Accepted a Hardscape Quote… Now What?
You’ve Accepted a Hardscape Quote from North Carolina Turf Care…
Now What?
First off, take a second to celebrate. Your backyard is about to get a major upgrade! So take a good look at it now, it won’t stay like that for long!
Down to the details.
Scheduling
If you have not already discussed a tentative install date with a member of our team, we are currently working to get you on the calendar. You can expect to be contacted once we have placed your property’s install on our calendar. Please keep in mind that your scheduled date could be affected by other scheduled projects, weather delays, and mainly when your materials will arrive (this is taking extra time specifically right now).
Project Details, Updates, & Changes
We understand that this is a big project! You might have a million more ideas between now and installation and we encourage that! If you have an adjustment/addition to your project between the approval of your quote and the start of your project, simply notify a member of our team as soon as you think of them that way we can provide an update cost or order the materials as necessary.
Payment
Typically we ask for a 50% deposit after approval of the quote, then the remaining 50% balance to be paid after installation is completed.
For those with scheduled installation dates a year out, we offer flexible payment options that do not require you to pay 50% at the time of acceptance. Ask a member of our team for options.
We have partnered with two different Loan Banks - Lyon Financial and EnerBankUSA. Both banks offer various financing options for your project. Find all details and apply here.
Post Project
Once your project is completed, a member of our team will likely contact you to schedule a time to photograph your new space. We typically showcase these photos/videos on our social media accounts and on our website. Go ahead and follow us on Facebook & Instagram now to keep an eye out for your project!
Contact
